Affiliate Application and Approval
To become an affiliate of The Unique Boutique, applicants must submit a complete and accurate application. We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our discretion. Please note that approval is not guaranteed. Affiliate Registration Form
Code Distribution
Upon approval, affiliates will receive a unique 10% off referral code. Affiliates are encouraged to share this code with their audience, friends, and followers.
Qualifying Purchases
Affiliates will earn commissions for each eligible sale generated through their unique referral code. A qualifying purchase is defined as a completed and confirmed order made by a customer who has used the affiliate's unique referral code.
Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates are encouraged to promote The Unique Boutique in a positive and respectful manner. Any promotion that involves misleading information, spam, or unethical practices will result in immediate termination from the affiliate program.
No Self-Referrals
Affiliates are not permitted to use their own referral code to make purchases on The Unique Boutique. Self-referrals will not earn commissions and may result in the affiliate's removal from the program.
Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use The Unique Boutique's approved marketing materials and branding only as provided by The Unique Boutique. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
Commission Structure
The Unique Boutique offers a 10% commission based on the total sales generated through an affiliate's referral link/code.
Additional gift, samples and discounts may be given to top affiliates based on total sales.
Payment
Affiliate commissions will be paid out once the $25 threshold has been made and request has been submitted. Please allow 24 hours from request time. Payment method will be in the form of a The Unique Boutique gift card.
Termination
The Unique Boutique reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time if they violate the affiliate rules, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason deemed necessary.
Updates and Changes
The Unique Boutique may update these affiliate rules and program terms from time to time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and are expected to adhere to the updated guidelines.
